He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Ernst and Annarose Ernst (Treml); his wife Joan Smith of Anthony's Catholic Church; and his sister Judy Krause (Jerry). He is survived by: his children, Brian Ernst (Krissy) of Phillips, Rick Ernst (Carole) of Park Falls and Paula Neberman (Tom) of La Crosse; and his close friend Sally Meeks. He is also survived by grandchildren, (8) great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
