It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helga Annamarie Schmidt of Pearson, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 6, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Schöllmann and Christine Anna Katharina Schöllmann (Hohn); her stepmother Magdalena; her siblings, Sigrid Heller (Eric) and Heinz Schöllmann (Gudrin); and her granddaughter-in-law Brianne Orlow.
She is survived by: her husband Franklin Schmidt; her daughters, Donna Orlow (Donald) of Polar, Karen Lukaszewicz (David) of West Bend and Patricia Kriewald (Robert) of Iron Ridge; her grandchildren, Michael Orlow, Deana Maxwell (Shafree), Jennifer Lukaszewicz, Kevin Lukaszewicz (Gina), Brent Kriewald, Cody Kriewald (Kendra) and Austin Kriewald; her great grandchildren, Arianna, Connor, Gwendolyn, Cameron, Stella, Vera, Julius, Deshawn, Isaiah and Noah; and her sister Gerda Legler (Wolfgang). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and in-laws.
