She is survived by: her husband Ronald Kole; her sons, Shane Kole (Leslie McGowan) and Jarrod Kole; her grandchildren, Davis, Thomas and Delia; and her siblings, Raymond Zajackowski (Sue), Theresa Levenseller (Chad) and Diane Zajackowski. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
