He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred May and Evelyn May (Deinlein); his spouse Janan L. Miller; his sons, David May and Tim May; his great grandchild David Rasch; and his children-in-law, Jeannie May and Eric Twardy Sr..
He is survived by: his daughter Terri Twardy; his grandchildren, Michelle Twardy (Brian Patyk) and Eric Twardy Jr. (Ashley); and his siblings, Roger May, Janet May, William May (Marlene) and Elizabeth Tesch.
