He was predeceased by: his parents, Grant Heath and Ruth Heath (Tubbs); his wife Mary; and his siblings, Dale, Alfred, Laurence, James, Robert Heath and Roberta Heicht.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Erickson (Andy) of Menomonie, WI, Douglas Heath (Gay) of Plum City, WI and Tommy Heath (Michelle) of Plum City, WI; his grandchildren, Jenny Mathison (Brian), Becky Heath, Andy Heath (Sarah), Matt Heath (Kellie), Tiffany Heath and Kelsey Erickson; and his brothers, Donald Heath (Betsy), Carl Heath (Lori) and Charles Heath. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
