He was predeceased by: his parents, Beverly Hasenfus (Haines) and William Hasenfus; his siblings, Sandra Coppens (Jack) and Eugene Hasenfus; and his wife Carlene Hasenfus (Lowery).
He is survived by: his brother William Hasenfus (Donna Marie); and his children, Dennis Hasenfus (Audrey), Todd Hasenfus (Sherrie) and Crystal Hasenfus (Ryan Behnke). He is also survived by grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
