He is survived by: his parents, Bryan Polzin and Andrea Polzin (Bell); his uncle Kim; his friend John Mollus; his brothers, Braxton, Archer and Griffin; his grandparents, Rick, Sue Polzin, Steve and Audrey Bergstrom; his uncle Brett; his aunts, Sarah Polzin and Alicia Radliff (Bell); and his cousins, Parker, Brooklyn and Gavin. He is also survived by many great aunts, uncles and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Zion Lutheran Church (221 S Ellis Ave, Peshtigo, WI 54157). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
Due to allergies, the family asks that there are no flowers.
