She was predeceased by: her parents, Melton Hein and Amelia Hein; her husband Gene Motkowski; and her in-laws, Thomas and Vivian Motkowski.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen (Nancy), Brian (Joanne Harper), Craig (Sally), Gary (Cheryl), Kathleen Joy (Mike Dulak) and Debra Techmeier (Craig Bruso). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; and 27 great-grandchildren.
