She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Stoecker and Donley; her husband Charles "Chuck" George Zajichek; and her sister Barbara "Barb" Aumueller. She is survived by: her brother Gordon "Gordy" Stoecker; her children, Phillip Zajichek (Dawn) of Eagle, WI and Pamela Zajichek (Kerry) of Racine, WI; her grandchildren, Kelsey Hauf (Jeff), Taylor Zajichek (Haley) and Matthew Zajichek (Zoe); and her great grandchildren, Amelia, Henry, Christian Hauf (Kelsey) and Beau Zajichek (Taylor). She is also survived by her parents, siblings, nieces and nephews and her two children.
In lieu of flowers, Bev's charity of choice was St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
