He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Marek and Roberta Marek; and his siblings, Diane Hotchkiss and Gary Marek. He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Denise (Jim) and John (Amy); and his grandfathers, Nick, Jake Hmielewski, Charlie and Abby Marek. He is also survived by 2 children, their spouses, and Grandchildren.
