He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his daughter Stephania Lyczak (Adam Kampa); his grandchildren, Jackson Kampa and Abigail Kampa; his sister Andrea; and his sister-in-law Cyndi Oliver. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; other family; and many friends.
