He was predeceased by: his wife Charolette. He is survived by: his son Mark (Alyissa Jones); his grandson Levi of Phillips; his stepdaughters, Samantha Chizek of Prentice and Sarah Oelhafen (Timothy) of Brantwood; his grandson Eli; and his siblings, Tom (Mary Ann), Edwin, Henry Harmon and Barbara Johnson of Phillips. He is also survived by five nephews, two nieces, five great‑nephews, and five great‑nieces.
