He was predeceased by: his parents, George Mustard and Florence Mustard (Baker); his son Terry Mustard; his grandson Shaun Winter; and his siblings, Clarence Mustard, Irene Chmurynsky, Ruby Joeckel and Shirley Mustard.
He is survived by: his wife Lorraine A. Kempen; his daughters, Cindy Baumann (Kevin) of Tomahawk, WI, Laura Stunkel (Larry) of Eau Claire, WI, Joan Peterson (Charles) of Phillips, WI and Cheryl Blaha of Lake Elmo, MN; and his daughter-in-law Valerie Mustard of Eau Claire, WI. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren and by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
