It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jean Rose Polacek of Phillips, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 6, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Tingo and Jennie Tingo; her husbands, John Hradnansky and James; and her brother Charles Tingo.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Dunbar (Jim), Linda Dunbar (Bob), Charles Polacek, Janet Maier (Steve), Joan Endres (Leon), Laura Upson (Roger), David Polacek (Malia), Lisa Shaver (Kip) and Julie Lesch (Tony); her grandchildren, Kelly, Jennie, John, Becky, Mandy, Casey, Tyler, Alissa, Jacob, Ryan, Nicholas, Ashlyn, Erica, Rachel, Ashley, Nicole, Justin, Jered, Derek, Sophia, Grace and Raymond; her great grandchildren, Darren, Cora, Will, Jack, Henry, Bobby, Virginia, Evelyn and Lucas; her great great grandchildren, Saylor and Hayes; her siblings, Antoinette Klimowski, Marie Fojtik, Ronald Tingo (Diane) and Kenneth Tingo (Karen); and her sister-in-law Jeanette Tingo. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Therese of Lisieux Catholic Church (655 S Lake Ave, Phillips, WI 54555). A Mass will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 12:15 PM to 12:45 PM at the St. Patrick's Catholic Cemetery (W7172 County Rd W, Phillips, WI 54555).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Therese Catholic Church or the St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry, organizations close to Jean's heart.
