He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Schwarz and Mardell Schwarz. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Marie Kulik; his daughter Melanie Schwab (Brian); his sisters, Kathleen and Jane; and his friends, Robin, Dennis, Geno, Kenny and Barbie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Mike's honor can be made to the Special Olympics.
