She was predeceased by: her parents, Adney Welch and Minnie Welch (Egging); her husband Jerome Artz; her children, Judy Waldvogel (Mike) and Paul Artz; her son-in-law Gary Foreman; and her siblings, Ethel Baskerville, Dorothy Marx, Mildred Marx, Eleanor Welch, Norman, Robert and Floyd.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Foreman of Deerbrook, Linda Reimer (Wade) of Antigo, Robert Artz (Sandra) of Wisconsin Rapids, Richard Artz (Jean) of Antigo and Ken Artz of Antigo. She is also survived by grandchildren; great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
