It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elmer Powell (Pickerel, Wisconsin), born in Antigo, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 11, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Elmer shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Elmer farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church-Pickerel (N9184 WI-55, Pickerel, WI 54465). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider making a donation to your local Veterans Affairs (VA) organization in Elmer's honor.
