He is survived by: his wife Melanie; his children, Terri Jo Mitchell (Rob), Craig Mitchell Jr. (Amanda) and Rachel Fletcher (Jeff); his pets, Piper, Missy and Boots; his siblings, Julie, Paula, Donna, Darcy, Paul and Dawn; his grandchildren, Zachary, Mackenzie, Macie, Cree, Craig III and Carter; his great grandchild Kasey; and his pets, Brutus, Frank and Mustang.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Plainfield Community Center.
