He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Eger and Grace Eger (Jahnke). He is survived by: his wife Arlene Eger of Plainfield; his children, Peggy Eger (Pat Schumacher) of Wautoma and Butch Eger (Julie) of Wautoma; and his stepgrandsons, Tyler Wagner and Travis Wagner (Brittany). He is also survived by five step-grandchildren.
