He is survived by: his parents, Michael Duda (Lori Drexler) and Carrie Donovan; his stepfather Andy Donovan; his brothers, Adam and Eric Duda; his stepsiblings, Ashley Herring (Ryker), Madisen (Ole Cervantes) and Nate Donovan; his grandparents, Jerry, Betty Duda and Karen Forsberg; his uncle Curtis Rohr; his aunt Christine Rohr; and his cousins, Max and Mason Rohr. He is also survived by his family, friends.
In lieu of flowers a memorial will be established in Jacob's name.
