She was predeceased by: her parents, William R. Volkman and Julia M. Volkman (Kline); and her siblings, William and Barbara. She is survived by: her husband Gary A. Urban of Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church; her brothers-in-law, Gerald and Roy Urban; and her nephew Donald Volkman (Nancy). She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
