He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Billman and Grace Billman (Blair); his siblings, Dale, Glen, Russell, Lawrence, Pearl and Margie; and his siblings-in-law, Melva, Sue and Bud McIntee.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Billman; his daughters, Sherry Hughes (Scott) and Stacy Bender (Brett); his grandchildren, Michael Hughes (Lynette), Eric Hughes (Tiffany), Hannah Osorto (Onil), Nikki Schwartzman (Eric) and Kayla Erdmann (Erik); and his siblings-in-law, Sharon Billman and Joe Farago. He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and many special friends.
