He was predeceased by: his parents, Abba Ella Gibson and Glen Ralph Mominee; and his stepfather Donald Kenneth Merritt. He is survived by: his close friend Jimmy Carter; his friends, Bobby, Phil, Sonny, Fred and Max Hochstetler; his sons, Little League and Bob Reese; his sisters, Brenda Jones (Merritt) and Abba Jean (Don Graf); his sister-in-law Jill Brinkley; his friends, Andrew and Paula Baummann; his wife Janet; his children, Jamie Bradley (Peter), Jon Scott Mominee and Jay Mominee; his grandchildren, Cameron Bradley, Hattie Finn and Ellis John Mominee; his great grandchildren, Zane Barber, Solstice Finn and Forest Finn; and his health mentor Kelly Logan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and sister-in-law.
