She was predeceased by : her parents, Leonard Natta and Estelle Van Natta (Simmons); her brother Richard Van Natta; her husband Thomas Adams; her sister Joan Hamill; and her grandson Cory Adams.

She is survived by : her sons, Terry, Kevin, Ricky Adams of Platteville, WI and Scott Adams (Krista) of Poynette, WI; and her brother Ron Van Natta (Nancy). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
