He is survived by: his parents, Elaine Miller and LeRoy Miller; his wife Denise Decker; his children, Blake and Amanda Decker; his sisters, Brenda Owens (Skip), Sheila Bruner (Dave), Cherri Miller and Sonya Koble; his grandmother Josephine Miller; Paul Crawley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and many friends.
