With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeffrey K. Holmes of Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 30, 2020 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren Holmes and Audrey Holmes (Springer); his son-in-law Randy Jordan; and his pets, Punkin, Butterscotch and Guinivere.

He is survived by: his wife Trish Kubera; his children, Jennifer Jordan (Bobby Salazar), Jerad Holmes (Ashley Wanek-McCue) and Kevin Kubera (Karieann); his grandchildren, Olivia, Liam Jordan, Audrey and Patrick Holmes; his former wife Jan Janes; his siblings, Debra Holmes and Tracy Holmes (Cindy); and his pet Merlin.
