He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Rowe and Marie Rowe (Wacker); and his grandson Troy Brown. He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Brown (Vance); his granddaughter Erica Brown; his brother Ronald Rowe (Dianne); his nephews, Ronald Rowe (Lissa) and Michael Espinoza (Kim); and his niece Shannon Smith (Steve).
