Takala of Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 1, 2025 at the age of 66, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Davis; and her sister Theresa Mitchell. She is survived by: her mother Rochelle Davis; her husband Edward J. Takala; her children, Valerie Kappes (Sean), Nick (Kelsey) and James Takala (Danielle); her grandchildren, Henry, Lukas, Charles, Calvin, Patrick, Samantha and Noah; her siblings, LuAnn Bennett (Daniel) and Joseph Davis (Jennifer); and her brother-in-law Gene Mitchell.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Congdon Funeral Home (3012 Sheridan Rd, Zion, IL 60099). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
