She is survived by: her parents, Anthony "Tony" Scott Bohn and Alexandra "Alex" Saima Hampson of Pleasant Prairie, WI; her brothers, Maxwell Hampson, Anthony John Bohn and James Robert Bohn; her grandparents, Scott Bohn, Karen Grimes (Irv), Andrew "Andy" Hampson (Grace Brika) and Dan Krason (Dolores) of Waukegan, IL; her great-grandparents, James, Lavora Bohn, Mary Jane Ewens, Robert, Sandra Hampson, Diane and Irvin Grimes; and her aunt Nikole Bohn.
