It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Timothy John Carter of Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 11, 2025, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Garry Carter and Julia Carter (Fleming); and his brother Dove. He is survived by: his son Starman Barber; and his grandson Ezra Lema.
