She is survived by: her husband Henry; her daughters, Amy Ramon and Tanya Mazur (Kris); her grandchildren, Kaden Mazur, Cruz Masias, Kyah Mazur and Cendal Masias; and her siblings, Juanita Mendez, Marcelina Moreno, Violanda Ramon (Armando Sr.), Paul Abrego, Arturo Abrego (Yolanda), Isabel Alva (Frank), Albert Abrego and Christine Longoria (Lorrie).
In her final act of selflessness, Hope gave the gift of live through organ donation.
