With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janet E. Oligney of Plover, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 13, 2025 at the age of 91. She was predeceased by: her children, Doug, Mike Oligney and Robin Tiedt; and her brother Keith Tracy. She is survived by: her husband Richard; her children, Gary Oligney of Stevens Point, Pam Wanta of Stevens Point, Wanda Jootsten (Doug) of Wisconsin Rapids, Roger Oligney of Nekoosa, Victor Oligney of Plover and Dawn Dresden (Ryan) of Plover; and her sisters, Eleanor Wilke of Plover and Patricia Layne of Madison. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
