We announce the death of John Michael Noel of Plover, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 30, 2026, at the age of 78. John Michael will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Noel and John F. Noel; his siblings, Carol, Dick and Jerry; and his granddaughter Olivia Grace.
He is survived by: his wife Patty; his children, Tyler, Chad (Rosy), Jessica (Tarik), James (Susan), Jeff (Jenny) and Missy; his grandchildren, Liam, Charlotte, Charlie, Camila, Malia, Ava, Isaac, Samara, Leilani, Logan, Jackson and Gwen; and his brothers, Tom (Mary Lu) and Kevin (Betty).
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 13th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, November 14th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the Noel Residence (3045 True N Trail, Plover, WI 54467). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Holy Spirit Church (2151 Stanley St, Stevens Point, WI 54481).
In lieu of flowers, the family invites donations in John's memory to the Boys & Girls Club of Portage County, Stevens Point Area YMCA, Children's Wisconsin Foundation, or another organization that benefits children.
