John S. Polebitski Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John S. Polebitski of Plover, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 3, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy John leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though John may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Polebitski and Sophia Polebitski (Wallock); and his cousin Dave Schultz. He is survived by: his wife Betty Edwards of Peter's Catholic Church; his children, Keith (Shelly), Julie Mahr (Greg) and Amy O'kray (Dale); and his granddaughter Samantha Harris.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pisarski Community Funeral Home (2911 Plover Rd, Plover, WI 54467). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to The American Cancer Society (https://donate.cancer.org) in John's name.
