He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Worzalla and Rose Worzalla (Drewa); and his siblings, Violet Bronk, Judy Kluck, Ernie and Ronald Worzalla.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Worzalla (Hintz); his children, Lisa Skibba (Art), Timothy, Kevin (Angie) and Jason Worzalla (Jessica); his grandchildren, Heather Peterson (Jon), Hannah Cornett (Nate), Riley Hoffman (Derek), Austin, Trevor and Sydney Worzalla; his great grandchildren, Lily, Lucy, Luke Peterson, Addilyn, Scarlett Hoffman and Myles Cornett; and his siblings, Rita Brezezinski and Roger Worzalla.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Book Hotel Sacred Heart Catholic Church (7375 Church St, Custer, WI 54423). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (Polonia) (7375 Church St, Custer, WI 54423).
