Mathew J. Chase Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mathew J. Chase of Plover, Wisconsin, who passed away on July 9, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Chase and Lois Gladwell; his brother Michael; and his pet George. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne (Jeanne); his daughters, Cara Chase (CJ) and Kelsey Puffer (Alex); his granddaughter Hailey; and his siblings, Julie (Michele Besant), Daniel, Catherine (Jim Hahn) and Carl (Cathy). He is also survived by 12 nephews and nieces, and many other extended family members and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Smiley's Bar & Grill (4020 County Hwy R, Plover, WI 54467).
In lieu of flowers, donations will be made to a memorial at a future date.
