She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Warner and Isabelle Warner (Fitzmorris); and her siblings, Richard Warner, Karen Groholski and Jack Warner.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Clemens; her children, Bryan Nemzoff, Heather'Nemzoff'Lubnow and Cody Clemens; her grandchildren, Dalton, Rhyan, Kearah and Koy; her siblings, Bruce Warner (Jan), Barbara Lepper (Bob) and Sandy Ledvina (Ron); and her sister-in-law Lois. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
