He is survived by: his siblings, Jim and Joanie; his cousins, Chuck, David, Earl, Jeff, Paul and Ruth; his close friends, Dan and Cindy; his children, Adam Bluhm (Amber) and Danielle Bluhm; his grandsons, Cameron, Thomas and Caleb; and his sister Bonnie.
