With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Dylan Jacobson of Plymouth, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 13, 2025 at the age of 27. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Crystal Radder and Curtis Lewitz. He is survived by: his parents, Jake Jacobson (Cary) and Tammy Lucas (Radder); his brothers, Brent Lucas (Nicole Rahmer), Lex Lucas and Josh Janezick (Becky); his nephews, Lawson Lucas and Leo Janezick; and his grandparents, James Jacobson and Patricia Lewitz. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Suchon Funeral Home (1317 WI-67, Plymouth, WI 53073). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to your local animal shelter in memory of JD.

The deep sadness felt by myself & my kids isn't a feeling that is likely to ever lift.....Jd was such a "constant" in our lives since he & my son Dante were Lil boys..so much so he called us his 2nd family!! We have so so many great memories and stories....the best one being our dog Ebby loved him so much she went home w him & well there was no separating the two after that!”
