He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Langemak and Gertrude Langemak (Crosby); his parents-in-law, Joseph and Rhea Mayhew (Resimius); his siblings, James Langemak and Shirley Steffes (Cletus); his close friend Gail Young (Bruce); his brothers-in-law, Bill Mayhew and Bill Boesel; and his nephew Thomas Steffes.

He is survived by: his wife Jill Mayhew of Fort Myers Beach, FL; his children, Kay Joch (Wally) of Irmo, SC and David of Ft Myers Beach, FL; his granddaughters, Lauren of Mt. Pleasant, SC and Nicole of Irmo, SC; his brother Jerry Langemak (Joanne); his siblings-in-law, Barbara Langemak, Leone Young, Bonnie Boesel, Mary Mayhew, Bonnie Mayhew and John Lapcewich; and his cousin Susan Mueller. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other cousins, and good friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Plymouth Food Pantry in Jack's name.
