She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack S. Kampmann and Ida Kampmann (Nee Meier); her daughter Julie; her grandson Michael J. Meyer; and her grandchildren-in-law, Victor Meyer, Harold Meyer (Gloria), Theresa, Earl Holschbach, Leroy Waack, Dolores Boeckman (Robert), Norman Meyer (Rita), Leonhard Meyer (Marjorie), Luella Mahloch (Allen), Gilbert Meyer, Joseph Meyer, Dorothy Grotegut (Ival), Jack Steinhardt, Paul Meyer (Kathy) and Richard Freeze.

She is survived by: her husband Charlie of Plymouth, Two; her children, Michelle Klemme (Scott) of Plymouth and Michael Meyer (Katie) of Plymouth; her grandchildren, Andrew Meyer (Holli) of Plymouth, Gabe Meyer, Ben Meyer (Hailey Ohlert) of Green Bay, Alisha and Danica Klemme of Plymouth; her great grandchildren, Beau Meyer and Luci Meyer of Plymouth; her sisters, Nancy TenBroek (Ronald) of Redmond, Jacki Fenner (Robert) of Sheboygan Falls and Jayne Kissinger (Phillip) of Elkhart Lake; and her siblings-in-law, Donald Meyer (Sharron) of Texas, Clementine Steinhardt of Plymouth, Virginia Freeze of Kiel and Ethel Meyer of Newton.

In lieu of flowers, memorial funds are being established in Judy's name for the American Cancer Society and Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice.
