She is survived by: her mother Julie Lukes; her children, Juliana and Oliver; her father David Lukes; her siblings, William Schultz (Erica), Stacy Didier (Mark) and Sarah Cox (Danny); her nieces and nephews, Morgan, Spencer, Trevin Schultz, Payton, Parker Didier, Avery of Addilyn, DJ and Nova Cox; her grandmother Audrey Pintor; and her godparents, Neil and Diana Krumenauer.
Memorials are suggested to the family to use towards the future care and education of Kim's children.
