He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Harder and Marcella Harder (Lampe); his brothers, Keith and Dale Harder; his grandson Dakota LeRoy Harder; and his parents-in-law, Harold and Doreen Goelzer.
He is survived by: his wife Monica; his children, Tim Harder of Plymouth, Tracy Harder (Cassie) of Plymouth, Tina Lutzke (Rob) of Elkhart Lake and Becky Bahrs (Mason) of St. Cloud; his grandchildren, Cameron Fritz (Faith), Krystal Bennin (Gabe), Mitchel Jensen, Cole Harder, Cortni Harder (Payton), Connar Arnhoelter and Onyx Bahrs; his great grandchildren, Dale Fritz, Landon, Levi, Lydia Bennin and Ella Harder; his sister Sandy Fritsch (LeRoy); and his brother-in-law Bob Schmitz (Candi). He is also survived by many other relatives and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in Randy's name.
