She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Fee and Doris Fee (Ninnemann); her husband Paul R. Notz; her brother Terry Fee; and her brother-in-law Jim Bicknell.
She is survived by: her sons, Jonathan Notz (Shelley) of Sheboygan and Patrick Notz of Seattle, WA; her sisters-in-law, Mary Bicknell of Seattle, WA and Evelyn Fee of Madison; and her nieces and nephews, Patti Gowin (Ken) of Madison, Nancy Rubio (John) of Madison, Terri Lyn Arnold (Mark) of Madison, Robert Fee and Noel Bicknell. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in Sheila's name for the Sheboygan County Humane Society.
