She was predeceased by: her parents, Audra Slight and Iva Slight (Lovell); her husband Glenn Short Jr.; her stepmother Cora Slight; her sons, David Short and Brian Short (Karen); her grandchildren, Cole, Madison and Brooklyn; her brother Dean Slight; her parents-in-law, Glenn Short Sr. and Evelyn Brott (Willard); and her brother-in-law Fred Gage.

She is survived by: her children, Glenn Short III, Robert Short (Sara Laures), Diana Van Kleeck (Mark), Daniel Short and Lori Williams (Leo); her daughter-in-law Cindy Short; her grandchildren, Heather Short (Michael), John Opala (Hannah), Leo Williams III (Mia), Luke Williams (Miranda), Kimberly Opala, David Short, Levi Williams, Haley Short, Brandy Short and Makayla Mulkey (Jonathan); her great grandchildren, Haiden, Landon, Connor, Elias and Ryleigh; her siblings, Richard Slight (Mary), Theresa Gage, Larry Slight (Jenny) and Donald Slight; and her sister-in-law Jackie Fischer (Cliff). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
