With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of David E. Koslakiewicz of Port Washington, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 5, 2026 at the age of 79. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Koslakiewicz and Eleanor Koslakiewicz; and his siblings, Duane Koslakiewicz (late Shirley) and Carol Youngberg (late Elwood). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Leone; his sons, Daniel (Jennifer), Brian and Nathan; his grandson Carter; and his sister Barbara Jakubek (Daryl). He is also survived by relatives and dear friends.
