He is survived by: his wife Sue Kalupa of Port Washington; his son Andy (Denise) of Random Lake; his siblings, Marcia (Tony) of Appleton, Tom (Debbie) of Luxemburg and Kris (Patrick) of Menasha; and his brother-in-law Lee Kalupa of Oconomowoc.
