He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Jacque and Sylvia Jacque (Weber); his wife Jean; his sister Karen Cate; and his parents-in-law, John and Mary Windis.

He is survived by: his brothers, Dennis Jacque (Janice) of Port Washington and Richard Jacque (Annette) of Grafton. He is also survived by siblings-in-law, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
