He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Flaherty and Kathryn Flaherty; his wife Gerry; and his siblings, Lester, Howard, Harvey (late Eleanor), Helen Briggs (late Gene) and Gladys Brodrick (late Don).
He is survived by: his children, Mark Flaherty of Port Washington, Mike Flaherty (Cheryl) of Kenosha and Kay Frey (Kent) of Cambridge, WI.; his grandchildren, Mitchell, Katelyn (Andrew), Tyler, Alexis and Christopher; his great grandchild Kevin; his brothers, Wayne (late Elaine) and Leland (Nancy); and his sister-in-law Esther Engl. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.
