He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Klas and Shirley Klas; and his brother-in-law Dale Mueller. He is survived by: his daughters, Erin Raasch (Jason) of Cedarburg, Shannon Klas of Philadelphia, PA, Sarah Klas of Hollywood, FL and Toni Klas (Zach Wiklin) of Port Washington; his granddaughter Maxine Klas-Wiklin; his siblings, Gerald "Boofer" Klas (Judy) of Dacada, Carol Koralewski (Ron) of Jackson, Jean "Beaner" Mueller of Dacada, Amy Lubner (Stanley) of Port Washington and Mary "Termite" Peckarsky of Grafton; and his friend Connie Didier. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Edison Hall (305 E Washington St, Port Washington, WI 53074).
